Reishi Ganoderma Multipileum is most commonly found in Southeast Asia and it is traditionally harvested and used as “Asian reishi”. Many mushrooms that used to be called “Ganoderma lucidum” in China and East Asia belong specifically to Multipileum. Reishi grows for 2-3 months in a sealed bag, which helps to maintain a humid climate. After growing, the mushroom can be removed from the bag and used as a visual object.
